Self-evaluation

Integrating various early childhood education approaches—Montessori, Waldorf, and Reggio Emilia—this specialist excels at cultivating children's creativity. Through diverse art forms such as painting, clay modeling, beeswax, batik, and building, they develop children's language skills, imagination, and creativity, nurturing their five senses and developing their multiple intelligences. In daily childcare, they are adept at designing a Montessori environment, fostering children's self-reliance and hands-on abilities within a prepared setting. They can prepare complementary foods suitable for different age groups and are proficient in using various food preparation appliances, such as bread makers, air fryers, ovens, combination cookers, juicers, etc., capable of creating a wide variety of commercially available dishes and having also developed new ingredients. In terms of languages, they have English learning experience and can understand native English speakers' daily conversations without subtitles or translation. They have also worked as a simultaneous interpreter for children with Australian teachers at summer camps, enabling them to conduct basic conversations with foreigners and understand deeper philosophical discussions in English. Love the outdoors and nature

I am passionate about traditional Chinese culture and reading world classics.

Skilled improvisational drama can help family members resolve conflicts during a child's development through play. It also helps mothers learn to raise children in a relaxed and joyful way.

Read original English picture books with your child and recite traditional Chinese cultural texts. Sing over 20 classic English nursery rhymes to help establish early reading habits and language awareness in children.

With a deep understanding of child psychology, and especially skilled at supporting children with special needs, I have led several autistic children in nature healing summer camps, resulting in significant improvements in the children and demonstrating the remarkable effects of nature healing.

Develop children's hands-on skills through play during daily care.

Self-service skills help children grow psychologically and personally, fostering a love of life and food. They learn to prepare delicious and healthy meals that children enjoy, cultivate good table manners and eating habits, and learn the art of living through everyday details.

Work Experience

From 2011 to 2012, I worked for an Australian family in Beijing, a family of three. My main responsibilities included the daily care and early education of our 2-year-old child, as well as preparing baby food. Occasionally, I would also cook for myself and the daytime nanny, sometimes cooking dinner. My wife would sometimes help with the cooking.

From 2013 to 2015, I worked at Po Tsui Yuen, a 200-square-meter apartment near the University of Hong Kong in Sai Wan, Hong Kong. The family consisted of five children: a 4.5-year-old, a 2-year-old, and a 3-month-old. My main responsibility was early childhood education and interaction for the three children, fostering their reading habits, motor skills, social skills, and leadership development. I also arranged their daily activities and took them out to socialize with other children from other countries. Other caregivers provided daily assistance, including cooking and cleaning.

In 2016-2017, I worked in Jinan in a 200-square-meter apartment for a family of six. My primary responsibility was early childhood education and interaction for my 1-year-old and 6-year-old children, focusing on developing good habits. I also provided some cleaning services.

From 2018 to 2019, I worked in Pudong, Shanghai, in a 500-square-meter apartment for a family of six. My primary responsibility was early childhood education for my 2-year-old, and I also provided homework assistance to my 8-year-old.

From 2020 to 2024, I worked as an early childhood education teacher at Daniel's Growth Center in my hometown, where I was involved in student recruitment planning and teaching.

2024-2025 Shanghai, Pudong New Area, Lantian Road, part-time tutor for a 5-year-old Chinese-American child. The tutoring will include Chinese language instruction, picture book reading, Lego building, block building, mazes, psychological counseling, cycling, and teaching math and logical thinking skills through play to prepare the child for admission to an American international school.
