What I can cook are ordinary home-style dishes, I can make soup, and I can make dumplings. Nowadays, families often make dumplings for their children because kids love them.

Work Experience

1. I enrolled in university in September 2018. To improve my job prospects after graduation and to earn money for travel, I started working part-time as a tutor at an online school on weekends after the National Day holiday in October, tutoring students from elementary to junior high school. I spent my winter and summer breaks at university tutoring and after-school tutoring classes.

Employer's role: Taking care of a female internet celebrity's life, preparing three meals a day, cleaning the house, grocery shopping, handling all miscellaneous tasks, and acting as a personal assistant and housekeeper.

3. Time: June 29, 2023 - June 21, 2024

City: Madison, WI

Family situation: A family of three, including the mother, a 5-year-old brother, and a 1-year-old sister.

Job duties: Taking care of everything related to the babies, waking them up in the morning, dressing them, washing their faces and brushing their teeth, making them breakfast and lunchboxes, and then driving them to school at 8:00 am. Picking the children up from school in the afternoon, preparing dinner for them, and occasionally taking them to the library or park. If the mother comes home late, reading bedtime stories and picture books to them to put them to sleep. Washing the babies' clothes, tidying up the room and toys.

I spend weekends playing with my baby, drawing, and going to the park. I also take my younger sister for a nap at noon. I'm on call during the week, and if any of the children are sick or unwell, I need to pick them up from daycare and care for them at home.

4. Time: July 22, 2024 - present

City: Newton

Family situation: A family of five, including two older children and the youngest child who is 6 years old.

Job Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for caring for the youngest child, including waking them up in the morning, brushing their teeth and washing their face, eating breakfast, and taking them to school. In the afternoon, pick them up and take them to various extracurricular classes and courses, including sports, swimming, math, piano lessons, soccer, tennis, and Chinese lessons. The older siblings will be picked up from school and transported to their extracurricular activities. Other responsibilities include household cleaning and laundry, and preparing a balanced dinner in the evening.
