Self-evaluation

I have been engaged in the maternal and child care industry for more than 10 years. When I was a confinement nanny, I took care of twins, premature babies, low-birth-weight babies, babies with atrial septal defect, babies with hemolytic jaundice, babies with lactose intolerance, etc. Later, I became a nanny and focused on baby early education, infant and young children's complementary food behavior habit formation, language induction, and responses during sensitive periods. I am familiar with children's hearts, etc. I am a very patient, careful and caring aunt, easy to talk to, cheerful, organized and steady, with strong learning ability, strong adaptability, obedience, tight-lipped, not calculative, and clean and hygienic. I have a strong sense of responsibility!

I am good at daily care and health care for babies, such as bathing, massage, exhausting exercises, passive exercises, etc. I am very professional and I like to interact with babies in language development, intelligence development, good behavior habits, reading picture books, storytelling, finger exercises, simple drawings, and some social and early education games. I have experience and can formulate different early education plans according to different ages. The complementary food I make can be said to be very good, with a comprehensive combination of color, fragrance, taste, shape and nutrition. Some of the baby's finger biscuits, snacks, desserts, etc. are also very good! It has received unanimous praise from customers.

1: In 2008, I worked in the Golden Cradle maternal and child chain store in Dangshan, Suzhou, Anhui for 3 years (I worked as a maternal and child product salesperson in the lobby for the first year, then I bathed babies in the baby care department, and then I was transferred to the postpartum recovery department to be responsible for lactation and postpartum recovery after a year)

3: 2015 worked as a childcare worker at Disney Early Childhood Education Center in Suzhou, Anhui for 3 years
4: In 2018, I entered the housekeeping and confinement nanny industry and worked in a high-end confinement club in Shanghai for a year, one-on-one and one-to-many, almost more than 20 babies
5: In 2019, the average number of confinement nannies in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou and other places took care of 9 babies
6: Taking care of a baby from 5 months to 1 and a half years old in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou in 2020

There is no problem with complementary food. Different complementary food can be added according to the baby's age. The aunt is cheerful, easy to talk to and is a very good aunt.
