Work Experience
From 2009 to 2018, I worked as a sales consultant and sales assistant at the Hanzhong branch of Chongqing Pengying Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province. My main responsibilities included handling and annual review of various licenses and permits for the company, receiving, negotiating and signing contracts with visiting clients, managing office supplies and equipment, managing official vehicles, managing contracts, and managing staff attendance.
From 2018 to 2019, I worked in Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province, in a 200-square-meter apartment with my family of three. My responsibilities included cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, and taking our 5-year-old child to and from school.
From 2019 to 2021, I worked in a 200-square-meter apartment for a family of three in Xuhui District, Shanghai. My job duties included: preparing breakfast and dinner, daily cleaning, laundry and ironing, plant care, and receiving and storing packages.
From 2021 to 2023, I worked in a 600-square-meter home for a family of four in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. My duties included: preparing breakfast and lunch (Chinese and Western meals, including weight-loss meals), organizing and tidying up, laundry and ironing, flower arranging, preparing meals for the hourly worker, and caring for my 4-year-old and 11-year-old sons, as well as coordinating with their tutors.
From 2023 to 2024, I will be working in a 400-square-meter apartment in Huangpu District, Shanghai, for a family of four. My duties include purchasing household necessities, cooking and cleaning, organizing and tidying up, doing laundry and ironing, and caring for a three-and-a-half-year-old girl. My husband's younger brother is 19 months old and I will be taking care of him during my leave.
From 2024 to 2025, I worked as a kitchen manager for a 600-square-meter family home in Jing'an District, Shanghai. My responsibilities included purchasing kitchen supplies, preparing three meals a day, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area. In January, I went to Singapore with the client, but the visas were not approved, so I returned to Shanghai.
April 2025 – October 2025: Cooking and cleaning services in a 300 sq m apartment in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
