I graduated from a professional school and have been working in the catering industry in China for about 20 years. My foundation is Tianjin and Shandong cuisine, and I have been cooking fusion cuisine for many years.
I worked in a Hunan restaurant in Africa for 2 years.
I can cook a more comprehensive range of dishes.
I am a quick worker and a loyal person. I am currently working in another state at a high-end Chinese restaurant and I want to return to California to work.
