Self-evaluation

I have no problem with general English. I can communicate in English, shop in English, make phone calls, understand the English instructions of various milk powders and the English instructions on the packaging of various baby products, and communicate with doctors and nurses in English. I can also communicate with teachers and tutors in English.
●I am familiar with the characteristics of babies from 0 to 36 months old, and can always provide scientific and reasonable feeding for babies of different ages;
I am familiar with the various stages of milk, liquid milk, and formula milk that babies eat now, such as Enfamil liquid milk, Hipp, kendamil, etc. I can read the English instructions and am very familiar with the mixing ratios of various milk powders.
●I am very familiar with the movement characteristics of babies of different ages and can also carry out early intellectual development for babies of different ages (based on the seven major areas of the brain: movement, language, interpersonal, music, space and color, introspection, and mathematical logic)

Work Experience

●Babies I have taken care of for over 6 months (this is the stage with the biggest changes since infancy)
I am taking care of a six-month-old baby. I gradually add complementary foods to him, letting him get used to one before adding another. I only give him one at a time, and then add another after observing that the baby's stool, urine, skin, etc. are normal after eating this complementary food).
●I worked as a nanny and confinement nanny, and took care of dozens of children
A nanny is responsible for taking care of the baby during the most critical 1,000 days (0-3 years old) after the baby is born. Therefore, a qualified nanny must not only have sufficient practical experience, but also have a spirit of learning that keeps pace with the times. The most important thing is to treat the baby as your own child and take care of him/her with all your heart.

[The rules I summarized for babies aged 0-6 months]
@The baby I take care of sleeps (the baby's sleep is irregular at the beginning, but I always help him develop a regular pattern slowly): Babies in the first four months sleep an average of 16-17 hours a day, and after five months, it will be reduced to about 15 hours a day.
Breastfeeding is basically feeding every 2.5 hours to 3 hours. For non-breastfeeding, feeding should be done on demand, and after a regular pattern is formed, it can be basically adjusted to feeding every 3 hours.
After a few months, you should finally adjust your baby to sleep through the night (don’t be too impatient during this process, you must consider each baby’s own physical condition and don’t just follow the book)
@My way of feeding my baby:
Pure breastfeeding basically does not need to feed water
Exclusive breastfeeding can meet all the energy, nutrition and fluid needs of babies within 6 months. Infants should be supplemented with 400 U of vitamin D every day until the vitamin D content in the baby's daily food exceeds 400 U or the baby reaches 1 year old. (Regulations in some provinces of Canada)
For children who are not breastfed, I will feed them warm water.
For babies who are not breastfed, feed them on demand within 3 months, and establish regular feedings every 3 to 4 hours after 3 months.
@I am good at helping babies with exercise and early intelligence training.
Exercise to improve baby's hand-eye, brain-ear coordination ability.
The development of the movements of children aged 0-6 months, such as lifting their heads, turning over, sitting, crawling, etc., changes every month. I always seize the opportunity of the baby's changes every month and do my best to help the child become an excellent and healthy baby every month.
In the second month, I practiced the baby raising his head and smiling (the baby this month already had various emotional responses)
In the 3rd month: I can train my baby to support his upper body and lift his head to about 45 degrees when lying on his stomach.
In the 4th to 5th month, I trained my baby to turn over. I would put my hands on his back and push gently. He would turn over by himself. After a few times, he would turn over on his side by himself. At this age, it is important to have "babbling conversations" with the baby, which will make him more emotionally stable.
After 5 months, the baby will be awake more often, so you can start showing the baby some brightly colored plates to exercise his eyes. Also, you need to have more "conversations" with the baby.
@When my baby was 6 months old, I let him sit on a soft backrest for a while. I would use my hands to help him practice rolling his body on the bed, rolling from the left and right sides.
